SOL Transition is a creative media project focused on healing frequencies intentionally curated for brain and nervous system health.
Four years ago, I sustained a traumatic brain injury that completely changed my life. I could no longer work, create, or function like I used to. As someone with type 1 diabetes, I also discovered how chronic inflammation and blood sugar swings were making my recovery harder, pushing me to explore new ways to heal.
That led me to real food. Locally grown and raised, nutrient-dense food made a noticeable difference in my body. I developed a deep respect for farmers and a passion for holistic living, eating with the seasons, living mindfully, and tuning in to nature.
At the same time, I rediscovered sound as medicine. I began creating healing frequencies to support myself through my healing journey. I’m using my background in music production to design soundscapes for meditation, yoga nidra, breathwork, and everyday nervous system support.
Now, I’m sharing these tracks with others, combining them with video, photography, and storytelling to create immersive media experiences. I imagine healing frequencies integrated into daily life and public spaces — from grounding stations at music festivals to calming soundscapes for the home. This is the heart of SOL Transition: reconnecting people to nature through sound, story, and intentional living.
